About Premier
Every plant leader has this list. Premier starts each week with one item on it.
So every Premier conversation follows the same path: from the problem on your floor to what it really takes to make a solution run.
The briefing
Delivered to your private page every week, so it’s waiting for you instead of buried in your inbox.
Weekly video
A 35–40 minute conversation with a practitioner who has solved the problem in real plants. Four chapters, so you can jump straight to what you need.
Weekly PDF
One page your team can act on. Key points, where AI fits, what it connects to, and the questions to ask your team and your vendors.
Every two weeks
The developments and techniques worth your attention, rated by how ready they are for a real plant.
Monthly
Plant examples, where AI helps, questions to discuss, and one action to try.
Anytime
Send questions before we record and vote on what we cover next.
Growing every week
Find what other plants learned about the problem in front of you, in minutes. Every conversation and brief, organized by problem.
Included
A self-guided assessment of your plant across five areas. Get a clear readiness profile and identify which problems are worth solving first, based on your current systems.
Conversations
Each conversation follows one real plant problem from the first symptom to a working solution, with a practitioner who has solved it in the field.

Who it’s for
Fewer surprises and clearer priorities for the week.
More output from the lines you already have.
Faster investigations and calmer audits.
Know what will connect to your equipment before you buy.
Turn the data you already collect into wins.
Smart AI decisions without building an AI team.
Our promises
Every conversation stays on the problem and the options to solve it. Sponsored content is always labelled.
All sessions follow the Chatham House Rule. Your plant’s problems are never published.
CPAI is a federal not-for-profit. Premier fees and sponsorships fund CPAI’s programs.
What you tell us shapes your briefing and nothing else. It is never shared outside CPAI.
No. Every conversation stays on the problem, the options and what it takes to make them work in a plant. Nothing is sold during sessions, and your details never leave CPAI.
That’s the question we care about most. Every conversation covers integration: what a solution needs from your PLCs, MES, ERP and data, and what to do when systems are old or disconnected.
No. We start from the plant problem. When AI is the right fix, we show how it fits the systems you already run. When it isn’t, we say so.
That’s why it’s built this way. The brief takes five minutes, the video is in chapters, and there are no required meetings. Most participants spend about fifteen minutes a week.
Yes. Downtime, rework, traceability and short staffing often hit smaller plants hardest, because there’s no large team to absorb them.
We will discuss the plan, confirm availability and seat arrangements, and agree on enrollment details with you.
