Content Collaboration

Content Collaboration Policy

Collaboration with Canadian Physical AI Institute on industrial AI mini-courses.

Your company can demonstrate its expertise to industrial audiences without direct advertising.

Canadian Physical AI Institute invites companies, organizations, and specialists with real experience applying AI to share that knowledge with the industrial community through educational mini-courses. The goal is to support responsible and practical AI adoption across Canadian industries.

This collaboration is not designed for product sales or advertising. Its purpose is to create practical educational content, address real industry problems, and build trust through knowledge and experience.

Educational collaboration is free

Companies can contribute to part of an educational mini-course at no cost.

A selected company or specialist may present practical experience, knowledge, and applied perspective as an educational segment and be seen alongside a credible course.

Participation in educational content production depends on topic fit, the quality of the experience, and approval of the content structure by the institute.

Who this collaboration is for

This opportunity is suitable for companies and organizations with real experience in one or more of the following areas:

If your company wants to build trust through useful education instead of direct advertising, this collaboration is designed for you.

What your company gains

1. Expert credibility

Instead of only claiming AI expertise, you can show your knowledge and experience through real educational content.

Appearing alongside a specialized not-for-profit institute positions your company as an informed, responsible, and trusted actor in industrial AI.

2. Visibility in educational and industrial channels

Mini-courses may be distributed through the institute’s educational channels, professional networks, LinkedIn, industrial communications, and educational campaigns.

The goal is to reach audiences interested in applying artificial intelligence in industry.

3. Expert branding for your team

Executives, specialists, and subject-matter experts from your company may participate as Educational Contributors in credible content.

This presence can support personal branding, professional credibility, and the specialist profile of your team.

4. Reusable content assets

Depending on the course structure, collaboration outputs may include an educational video, short clip, course page, PDF, checklist, or practical tool.

This content may later be used on LinkedIn, your website, professional introductions, and company proposals.

Reuse of any video clips, visuals, PDFs, checklists, course pages, contributor titles, or references to Canadian Physical AI Institute must follow the approved content-use and branding guidelines.

5. Connection to real market needs

This collaboration gives your company a closer view of the educational, operational, and decision-making needs that industries face around AI.

Content is built around real industry problems, not around products, slogans, or advertising.

Content quality framework

To maintain audience trust, all content must be educational, practical, neutral, and useful.

We focus on content that:

Content is reviewed and approved in coordination with the institute before production and publication.

Our approach to products and brands

In this collaboration, the goal is to show expertise, not to run a sales demo.

If a tool, software product, experience, or project is mentioned in the content, the reference must be framed as education, an applied example, or problem solving.

Course content is not designed as direct advertising, a commercial product presentation, a sales showcase, or lead generation without intentional consent.

This framework helps preserve audience trust and makes your company’s presence more credible.

Branding, Logo, and Attribution Guidelines

To protect the educational nature and credibility of the collaboration, all branding, logo placement, contributor recognition, and company mentions must follow the approved content structure defined by Canadian Physical AI Institute.

A participating company may be recognized on the relevant course page, educational segment, contributor profile, or related educational materials when appropriate. However, the company may not independently choose the placement, size, frequency, or format of its logo or brand presence within the course content.

Company logos, names, product references, contributor titles, and brand mentions are included only where they support the educational structure and are approved before publication. The collaboration does not create a right to place logos, promotional messages, product banners, sales calls-to-action, or advertising material in the course.

Use of the Canadian Physical AI Institute name, logo, course title, visuals, videos, clips, or educational materials by the participating company must also be approved in advance. Companies may not present the collaboration as an endorsement, certification, partnership, sponsorship, or product recommendation unless this has been explicitly agreed in writing.

All final branding, attribution, and content-use decisions remain subject to review and approval by Canadian Physical AI Institute before publication and distribution.
